This is a set of Rita Skeeter accessories.The set includes, a black feather quill,glasses with a silver chain,earrings, and a ring. The earrings are big button earrings about 1" across.The ring is the same.They are both made of polymer clay that was baked to hard and then sealed with a glaze for shine and durability.
